The Star Classic Wrap is a soft, highly tacky seamless grip made from a high-tack pure rubber compound. If you want a grip that will stick to your hands and not twist, this is the one! True undersize grip. Amazing tack. No need for a glove. The Star
team informed me these are slightly smaller than the sidewinder. Perfect for me as i would wear a cadet small glove or even a ladies med glove.

Not so Impressed

So last week I was in the Dominican Republic and played 3 rounds. Right before I left Home I installed my new grips. Unfortunately with the humidity I could never really get my hands dry. I used towels to dry my hands ad wipe down the grips. Often times it felt like the club would slip right our of my hands. Maybe in these situations a glove would have helped but I never use a glove. I don't feel like they were tacky enough. I will give them another shot this weekend where the temps are expected to only be in the upper 60's and see how they perform.

Sorry to hear the grips didn't perform well for you in humid/wet weather. Generally, for conditions like that we recommend using a grip that has a rougher texture like our Sidewinder. But one good thing about our grips is they are entirely impervous to water, so a quick wipe of a towel and they will be completely dry. We actually have a PGA player who uses our grips with no gloves on the tour, and he has played with them in the rain before and just qickly wipes the grip with a towel before each shot.
